OUR TEAM
TIM GUINEA
Executive Director
Tim brings over 20 years’ experience across the mining and resources industry, with specialist expertise in asset management, maintenance and operational delivery. Throughout his career, he has held senior roles across maintenance, project management and asset leadership within large-scale mining operations and contracting environments. His background spans workshop, field service and site-based leadership positions, providing him with a well-rounded, practical understanding of mining equipment, maintenance strategies and operational performance.
Tim has led major maintenance operations across dragline, shovel and mobile equipment fleets and has been responsible for delivering large-scale shutdowns, reliability improvements and preventative maintenance programs. He has also managed complex site-based projects, including the implementation of large fleet automation programs, working closely with OEMs and clients.
GRANT WECHSEL
Executive Chairman
Grant has over 20 years’ experience in the mining industry globally providing mining services to the world's largest mining companies.
Grant has broader experience across all aspects of mining services, junior mining, exploration, and capital finance markets. He is focused on delivering unique operating solutions for clients or investment partners across various commodities with a strong focus on coal.
DARREN LOCKYER
After retiring from Rugby League in 2011, Darren has spent over 14 years in the mining industry across a range of mining services, mineral exploration, corporate affairs and advocacy roles. He is a shareholder in Mining Pro a specialist mining services firm as well as head of corporate affairs for Mayur Resources.
Darren has been a board member of the ASX listed Brisbane Broncos since 2013 and maintains other private business interests in the property sector. Darren’s experience and leadership at the highest levels of Rugby League are valued by all of our team and client partners in the mining industry as we work together to achieve success.
